Crimped Wire Mesh

Crimped Wire Mesh is also named pre-crimped mesh.

Materials: Stainless steel wire, high carbon steel wire, low carbon steel wire, galvanized iron wire, copper coated steel wire,aluminum wire, pvc coated wire, wire rod, etc.

Weaving Patterns: Pre-crimping before Weaving. Plain Crimped, Intermediate Crimped, Lock Crimped, Flat Top Crimped, etc.

Hole shape: Square or rectangular openings available due to the different crimping styles.

The edge of crimped wire mesh: Closed selvage edge and Raw edge.

Characteristics: Crimped wire mesh offers a general feature of strong structure, loading capacity and keeping forms. Crimped wire mesh of different materials offers different specific features.

Packing: In rolls or panels , wrapped with waterproof paper.  Custom packing available at request.

Applications: Crimped wire mesh is widely used in mining, petroleum, chemical, construction, mechanical accessories, protective netting, packaging netting, barbecue grill netting, vibration screen mesh, cooking utensils. It can also be used for classification of solid materials screening, liquid and slurry filtration, aquaculture, civil and so on.
